Sweet Black Theme for Firefox
Our forum moderator Scott is a big fan of theming his system, so when he found this sweet new theme for Firefox he sent it over right away, and I'm sharing it with everybody else.
The theme works pretty well, and it's certainly not the only dark theme out there, but it's one of the better ones I've seen.
Here's the default look for the theme running under Windows Vista:
The only thing I'm really not a fan of is the toolbars, which are a little difficult to read:
But where this theme really shines is when you've combined your toolbars to a single toolbar.. it just looks great:

I had just installed this theme on my Mac and it looks great. The nice thing about FF is that most themes and add ons work on more than one operating system.
Your suggestion of the 'Charcoal' appearance in Vista compliments this theme very nicely, thank you.
I'm on Ubuntu, and all I have to do is set my system theme to a dark one, and as long as I leave the firefox theme on either the default one or an icon only theme, it skins it appropriately.
An even better one again is Metal Lion - Blue Moonlight Vista found here.

I've got tired of seeing the "WMP11/Vista Black" theme applied to every other app in sight. Here's another one, oh well…
Black is good, I prefer the one i've got now to this one though.

I've gone through a couple of black/dark themes and I've found this one to be the best.
Aero Fox is very nice, and not donationware like Wizard's link.
It is based on Aquatint Black Gloss as well.
